It is not easy to assume two responsibilities at the same time, especially in an era full of challenges and constraints, making many of us who work think of opportunities and space to increase sources of income, even at the same time needing additional foundations to improve our career capabilities.
It is not enough just to experience and improve the grade of personnel based on KPI without any initiative to strengthen academic qualifications. Perhaps many are playing in the minds of thinking about the mechanism to improve the grades held, whether to remain in the same chair until retirement or ‘jump’ looking for brighter opportunities with meager experience.
Don't think it's too late to start, thinking about the next steps you need to take. Age is not a barrier to continuing studies, even required to seek knowledge till the end. Are we trying to find a better way to live in the future, or just looking for a better place to live?
Knowledge and sustenance must be sought, same as our life. If not improved it's possible it can't be a success. That emphasis is placed on the University of Malaya Center for Continuing Education to produce quality human capital; it does not take into account the age and graduation level in order to obtain education and improve academic qualifications without limitation.
The age factor and work is not a problem in studying, if we have an effort to form an identity of knowledge and higher education. Even if you are already holding a degree, there is nothing wrong with exploring other branches to form yourself into a knowledgeable and versatile person.
Don't limit yourself to what you already have, but be universal and able to take on a variety of career challenges. It is not necessary to have excellent achievements in SPM, just enough career experience and record three credits in SPM to be able to grip the scroll.
Nothing is impossible at the University of Malaya Center for Continuing Education, even if you are at retirement age, you can still be a student and compete with the younger generation.
